"Staff opened our locked door two times in the morning while my daughter and I were getting ready. Fortunately we were dressed and fortunately we had the door chain secured, so they couldn’t open the door all the way. Pubic hair in tub, no soap, yellow towels(supposed to be white)stains on sheets and black specs also, floor had dirty qtip and crumbs on gloor and someones tags off clothes on top shelf where clothes hang. Asked for tefind and showed front desk the filth and refised to give refund even though I did not stay having to ask a friend to come get me over a hour each way. When taxi dropped me off they said dont go out by myself after datk because they TRAFFIC people out of there. "
