We had no remote in room asked for additional pillows none was available we were told. Then asked for ice for a response of there are ice trays in the freezer . You mean the empty ice trays and zero ice and we could go purchase pillows if we need additional ones.

Would not stay here, this place is awful. Dogs barking all night. People up and downbthe halls at strange hours of the night. Place smells like mold. Bed eas uncomfortable and sheets and pillows had stains. Not worth it,if you can find another hotel I highly recommend you do. Had a terrible experience!!

I was pretty happy with my room, especially at this price point. It has a decent kitchen, with a full-size refrigerator, and the air conditioning and heating worked fine. The hotel is an extended stay concept and I'm not sure that most of the guests were tourists, like me. Many seemed to be workers, in construction trades and the like. Anyway, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We felt safe here and the price and condition of the room were pretty good. The chair in the room was torn and in clear need of replacement but the other fixtures and furniture were fine.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Time for a new chair.

I would say the room was on the older side very basic amenities. The gym was pretty nonexistent. You could tell the property was old. They did do upgrades to the floor, so there is no carpet in their room, but the cleanliness was not on par. Unfortunately, however the bed itself was decently comfortable. The front desk lady was very kind, but don't show up too early because chances of an early check-in is not gonna happen. as to the location of where this actual hotel is, I was on a staycation and I can speak for the safety of the area is it is a lot of foot traffic. You can tell there was different groups of ages in and out a lot of activity on the second floor with the slamming of the doors pets randomly here and there my overall state was graded on lack of cleanliness, but the staff was very kind in the location is not great

Smelled like pot immediately as we entered the hotel. People yelling out front and looked like a bunch of low lifers hanging around with dogs. Noticed a gross odor right as we walked into our room. Opening the window to air it out did not help. It’s an extended stay hotel so I’m sure someone lived in the room for some time. Did not smell clean and we just did not like the feeling of staying here so we left. desk lady was super nice tho.
