The room was very clean, in fact the entire hotel was. A little worn but it's not a brand new hotel. The hot tub never got hot but the pool was warm and my daughter swam for hours. We were there when there was free wine, beer and a nacho bar with a lot of fixings. Along with yummy cookies. Everything was great and yummy and it was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was also very good. The service was top notch, with everyone very friendly. We will stay here again!

The gentleman that checked me in at the front desk was fantastic, but it was pretty much downhill for service after that. It was clear that the staff in the kitchen were not in it at all and we’re hiding in the back despite they’re being no bowls, no forks, no milk and more. Half the tables were covered in food from previous people and nobody was clearing for the next round of people coming. I had to literally poke my head around into the back room to try to get someone’s attention after over a half hour of seeing no one. As for the room, it was pretty average, but there was lots of noise from something that was constantly running in the room with the HVAC system or something outside the hotel. Either way, it was incredibly loud, but at least it did help to drown out some of the road noise from the highway/road out front of the hotel. :/

The rooms were good, location was good. BE AWARE of parking cost. We got a bill check out for nearly $300 which was very unexpected. We did let them know however that it was included in our package and they immediately fixed it. They had breakfast everyday and happy has well all complimentary.
