They put us in a room where you could hear the construction outside. I asked to be moved and they told us that the noise would end at 10pm. It was 1am and there were large constructions vehicles moving equipment. Neither I nor my family could sleep from the noise and the hotel didn’t care.

Nice property. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would be nice to have a robe(s) and slippers in the room. Nice spa and gaming area. Games are a little outdated but were fun. Hot tub needs to be cleaned regularly. Water was dark and murky. Pool was clean. Pleasant breakfast area. Decent selection of food. Would be nice to see a few more pastry items, such as croissants and muffins. Staff are efficient and friendly.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. The one bedroom suite was good but the condition of the sleeper sofa left little to be desired especially when the room was booked for 4 people. The fact that they had the reservation for 4 people and gave 1 extra pillow and a thin fleece blanket with two top sheets. My opinion when they have 4 quests booked to a room they need to make sure they have adequate bedding to accommodate the guests books. Like a proper set of sheets, at least 2 pillows preferable 4 and a comforter. What would make this even better is having an inexpensive mattress topper for added padding when they know that the hid a bed sucks so bad. Which the manager even said that it sucks and that they all do.

Refrigerator was dented up, exposed patches in walls, paint peeling, toilet seat dirty, hair on bathroom counter and in shower. Unacceptable for the cost of the room. We have stayed here several times before and been very happy, so hopefully this was an anomaly.

The front desk staff was awesome! Had dinner reservations at 5pm so I called to see if we could check in early and they were able to get us in so we could get ready without being stressed about it. Night staff was awesome from information about easy transportation to nightlife. Room was great, breakfast was awesome and we had a wonderful stay! Thanks again to your staff!
