The outside of the hotel is misleading, as it looks older, but inside it is modern, clean and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, beds were very comfortable, pillows soft, and everything was clean. The free breakfast is worth it, as there is quite a variety of breakfast foods. The best part is the location. It is approximately a 15-20 min walk to Pikes Market and the Waterfront, and then 20 min to Seattle Center and the Space Needle. We hardly used the rental car! We traveled with a 3 yr old, and he enjoyed our vacation. I recommend this hotel.. great price, good value!

I was quite impressed with my stay. Great location, comfortable beds, CLEAN rooms. This hotel has to give kudos and a little extra to their cleaning staff. I’m picky and things were clean. THANK YOU AND KEEP IT UP!!!! The breakfast wasn’t anything to rave about but I rather get comfort and cleanness. Only problem is the sounds from outside can be heard even from the 7th floor.
