Bed linen was, old, limp, unpleasant, looked extremely old and thin, one sheet was not clean. The bed sheet was wrinkled and mattress protector was not on the slumped mattress correcyly. The bed had to be remade by myself at 12mn after a long flight from australia. I was exhausted and shocked at the state of the mattress and pillows and that the bed linen was such a poor quality.. The pillow were old and lumpy... unhealthy. Walls are thin and the person next foor woke me at 3am talking to his wife and speaking on his phone. The food for breakfast is mostly unhealthy sweet cereal. Pre packaged egg rolls etc that are very unhealthy.

Review

The only thing fresh was the coffee and apple. Everything is packaged, unhealthy and frozen food. The carpets were old need replacing and not shampooed. There was a hair out of my rolled up towel. The soap was very drying. The room faced the alley next to a building that kept fluorescent lights On all night. we were awakened before 5am by loud booms several times. Could not go back to sleep. I had asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and got the opposite. The best part of the hotel was the underground parking which is gated and only $20 with in and out privileges. And the elevator was broken, only 1 was working and the hotel was sold out.

The room was ok. Smelled like mildew and needed some repairs. Water pressure in the sink is nonexistent. Safe didn't work and I had to call multiple times to get someone to assist me. Apparently, they turned them all off but one employee said he thought they were broken. Parking is in an alley, behind the property. You need to get out of your car to enter the code to open the gate. However, they change the code and don't tell you that. You find out at midnight, in the alley, when the current code doesn't work. All in all, it's a place to sleep, but definitely not what I was hoping for considering the price.

The hotel room was old, but it was clean and large. The bathroom shower didn’t drain very well though, so that’s why I knocked off a star. It was easy to get to everything we wanted from there. The staff was super nice as well!
