Early communication with this host was good. I was told the unit was on floor 2 of a 3-story bldg - it's actually on floor 3 of a 4-story bldg. The pre-check-in process was overcomplicated - pic of CC, DL, selfie - using apps I never heard of.First impression was that the room was clean, but -the hooks on the back of the bathroom door were broken, there is a large crack in the sink, not enough accesible outlets in the room, and why are earplugs provided? We were provided only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and ONE washcloth for 2 people on a 5 day vacation.The portable A/C unit was very loud (earplugs?). On day 3 I requested an extra set of towels for the room. Spent an hour going back and forth with the host, I was finally able to connect with the cleaning crew to get a new set of bath towels and a second wash cloth.On day 2 of our stay I requested a late checkout and was told it would depend on the cleaning crews schedule. I wasn't informed 'No" until 40 min before check out. There is no option for storing your luggage to enjoy a final day in town. Another couple waited 3 hours (until 11pm) before they were granted access due to the pre-check-in requirements.Some nights, people were on the street talking loudly until 1-2 AM.This "non-smoking" property had a lot of cig butts on the ground, and 2 young women came into the shared yard smoking pot. Overall, not too happy with this stay. Too much work pre-check-in, and trying to get fresh towels. Location is okay.

Overall, my stay was disappointing due to persistent noise and several comfort issues. The property is a three‑story condo with about five rooms, and my room was in the middle of a floor with three other rooms, so it felt more like a shared college dorm than a private hotel stay. Finding the property was difficult because the directions from the owner and manager were unclear; it took me nearly 30 minutes of driving and walking around the neighborhood to locate the entrance. Check‑in instructions (door code, room code, and room number) were sent via text and worked, but this should have been much clearer from the start. When I entered the property, it looked reasonably clean, but there was a noticeable smell similar to a typical shared college dorm. My room itself was very hot on arrival, and there is no central AC in the building. The room only had a Costco portable AC unit, and at first it didn’t work because one of the few available electrical outlets was dead. After calling the property manager, we figured out that problem, but once the portable AC was running it was extremely loud—almost like a locomotive—which made it hard to relax or sleep. The room setup is simple and functional: clean overall, with a microwave, a small wine/beer fridge, a table, and a chair, again very similar to a small dorm room. Parking was one of the biggest inconveniences. I had to hunt for street parking and usually ended up a few hundred feet away from the property. Because of this, I would
