You know those people you talk to on the phone who don’t understand that sometimes you just need their help solving a problem and it’s not impactful to them but makes your day easier? The desk folks at this hotel don’t understand either! I just won’t spend my money at this hotel and ask you to do the same. Thanks!

Very friendly staff and very clean. Nice area and fairly close to the airport with shuttle service available. There is a restaurant there but did not have breakfast. Breakfast is not included. We did have dinner there and enjoyed our meal. All staff were friendly. I would stay here again. Only downside is I booked through Expedia and our room is usually the furthest down the hall. That’s ok we got a decent price.
