First, the valet parking was not convenient for us. We both have mobility limitations. Being in the historic downtown made it necessary to have underground parking and a valet. Cleveland was our valet and was great. Our room was nice and clean. Being on the second floor just a few feet from an open area over the bar was a problem as far as noise from the bar. The hotel was nice and seemed to be well maintained. We were there for only one night but were basically satisfied with our stay There was no breakfast served.

Room #301 had a squeaky bed that sank in, causing us back pain throughout our trip. Additionally, the room was not clean; we noticed the same dirt on the floor each time we returned. Moreover, the towels had noticeable holes in them.

The room was dirty. The lamp next to the bed had brown burn marks on the lamp shade. There was black hair on the wall of the shower and one of the towels had black hair on it. Came back to our room after it had been cleaned for the day and found the bed not made, the sheets and cover were pulled up to the pillows, trash was emptied but bathroom trash can left in bathroom doorway. I would never stay here again.

Air conditioner breakdown, with lots of noise and water on the floor that had to be fixed the following day. No one's fault, but these should be maintained at a steady temp rather than making the machine work "overtime"...then fail.

The bed is great, but thats about it. The shower drain was slow, leaving scum to accumulate every day, the shower was luke warm, and mold/mildew lined the tub and ceiling. Also suspicious spots on the wall. The A/C also made the room smell like a basement. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Oh and they may advertise included breakfast, but thats a lie, they dont even have a restaurant.

It was a nice room that was pretty rough around the edges. Staff seemed to not care there was water leaking through the actual flooring in our room. Showed them pictures and videos. The sink barely drained and the toilet barely had enough pressure to flush. The valet was the highlight of the hotel.

Everything was great. I have stayed here a few times in the past. I was disappointed the bar/ restaurant was not open. Though, so many places within a 5 minute walk. Better priced than its' competitors and a great location.

Over charged me was 385 charged me 445 then charged my daughters card and had to give a refund to her the next morning said I would get the so called deposit back after check out then say I owe more money because of valet parking they just want money and I never received any money back wil not use any app to book ever again
