We rented 2 rooms. Unfortunately there was hair in the sink, something on the hair dryer, a stain on one blanket and a stain in front of the toilet in the other room and the pocket door that divides the bathroom from the room was broken and off track so therefore wouldn’t lock. The fridge also made a horrible loud buzzing noise that woke me up 3 times in the night. I tried to unplug it but I didn’t want to wake my Aunt. Also the plug in was hidden behind the “built in” that the fridge was in. I let the staff know but they said they couldn’t credit my Aunts credit card because it was booked through a 3rd party. I really hope Hotels.com can help refund some of our money.

This was our least favorite hotel on our 5 day trip to the UP. This hotel does NOT have an elevator and you need to be prepared to haul your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Just an average place and I would not stay there again.

2nd floor no elevators Clean room with king size bed, fridge and microwave. TV basic cable only, no streaming. Daily breakfast was good but the area very tight and could be larger. It would have been nice if the ice machine also dispensed water. Reception very helpful about local dining and sights. Parking was good

Location was excellent, near park, walking distance to several restaurants. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with omelets, sausages and pancakes. The downside: weird bathroom layout with separate shower and sink, wifi sometimes not working.

Location of the hotel is good, specifically for those taking the Agawa canyon train. Hotel a Allows dogs, so the dogs going for a walk in the early morning and left in the room in the evening bark and you can hear them in the not sound proofed s, you can also hear the door closing behind people in the hallway and people flushing toilets at night. The breakfast area is way too small and the hot breakfast options are some microwaved eggs and sausage best to be avoided. I would not recommend this hotel.
