No parking at the Airstream sites and no access to unload. Wonky wagons provided to lumber down a gravel path to the site. Took me 4 trips to unload my car . 2bundles of firewood

We enjoyed an overnight stay at this Air Stream when we visited Kaaterskill Falls for our anniversary. Clean & spacious bathroom, nice to be able to take a hot shower after a full day hike. Kitchenette well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dinnerware & utensils. Private picnic table & fire pit outside for campfire & cooking but you have to buy the firewood which wasn’t included in the resort fee. Had dinner at the clubhouse kitchen, burger was delicious. In the morning hiked the trail around the campground, very peaceful & quiet. Overall we had a memorable stay.

There are certainly a number of small reasons I wouldn't want to stay here again, but the big one was that we had a tent adjacent to a wedding tent on property, and there was extremely loud music from the wedding until 10 pm preventing us from thinking about anything else (like the bass was thumping in our chests loud). We were given no warning and our rate did not reflect this discomfort. Beware.

During our stay, there were not enough staff to provide the level of service promised. It often happened that only one person was simultaneously at the reception, handling check-ins, and at the bar, taking orders for drinks and food, thereby creating a line. At breakfast time, they ran out of a variety of granola and plates, so we had to eat from cups. There was no hot milk or other option to warm it up. Also, the bikes were broken, and we were promised they would be replaced soon. We stayed for 3 nights, but it didn’t happen, so we were upset. We really counted on those bikes. Overall, it was a brilliant place, but the service and organization could be improved to better match the stated price.

AutoCamp is a great glamping spot—stylish Airstreams, tents, and cabins with comfy beds and modern touches. I loved the clubhouse, fire pits, and extras like yoga, movie nights, and live music. The location made it easy to enjoy nature, with complimentary coffee and tea included. My only downside was that it felt a bit pricey for what was offered.

Fun stay at this well designed property- enjoyed the spacious clubhouse for a leisurely breakfast, a comfortable stay in our well equipped airstream. It was quieter than expected despite many other lodgers. Great spot for exploring Saugerties and Woodstock.

I stayed at Autocamp Catskills when it first opened and it was clean, new and had a great staff. In a short time the property has declined significantly and the staff was young and not attentive to customers. Wood bundles are way overpriced and the grounds are not appealing. For example several of the courtesy wagons for moving your luggage have worn out tires that need replaced. Attention to detail is lacking. Our friends Airstream had a missing latch on the bathroom, just a hole in the door. Sad. Thus place could be great.

Allowed multiple families - seemingly traveling together - to take over the camp. Put up kids tents outside of the Airstreams, Leave food outside overnight, among other things. We like AUtocamp for the peace and quite... not this time :/ It's a shame that the staff would allow clear violations of their own rules

I enjoyed the common space/lodge. It poured during our stay, so it was good to have a dry space to gather with the friends that we went with. I disliked that there were limited activities for children. A larger playground, pool or splash pad would be nice additions.
