Jade Getaway is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Saugerties, NY, set on a large private lot surrounded by trees in the Hudson Valley. It sleeps up to 8: a primary suite on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs. The open-concept main floor connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area, with sliding glass doors out to the deck and yard. A separate TV/bonus room adds a second living space, and the home is family- and pet-friendly (up to two dogs, each under 60 lbs).

Fully equipped and open to the dining and living area, with green cabinetry, a tile backsplash, and quartz countertops. Stainless steel appliances include a French-door refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher. The breakfast bar seats three for casual meals.

The only way to reach the property is by car. The driveway is gravel; during winter or after heavy rain, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended. To comply with insurance regulations, all guests sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Local guests, please contact us before booking. We are unable to accept third-party bookings. Due to fire risk, EV charging is not permitted on the property.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we`ll send a digital guidebook with Wi-Fi credentials, door codes, and access instructions.

House rules
- Maximum 8 guests, including children and infants. The guest count on the reservation must be accurate.
- No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Up to two dogs, each under 60 lb, are allowed on request. Add the dogs to the reservation at booking. An additional pet fee may apply. No dogs on beds.
- No smoking or vaping indoors, on the decks, on the grounds or in the hot tub area.
- Hot tub: maximum 4 people at a time. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. No infants or toddlers. No glass. Shower first. Add nothing to the water. Replace the cover after use.
- Outdoor fires in the fire pit only. Do not move the fire pit. Never leave a fire unattended. No fireworks.
- Bears and other wildlife pass through. Never leave food, trash or grills out overnight. Keep food stored inside.
- Park only in the designated spaces.
- Local guests, please contact us before booking. No third party bookings. The booking guest must stay at the home.
- A $1,000 refundable hold is placed on your card 24 hours before check-in and released 2 days after checkout.

- Dogs: up to two dogs, each under 60 lb, added to the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on beds.
- Park only in the designated parking area.
- Outdoor fires in the fire pit only, never left unattended. No fireworks.

- Hot tub: maximum 4 people, adults must supervise children, and no soap, oils or lotions in the water.
- No weapons on the property.
- No electric vehicle charging, due to fire risk.
- No tents, RVs or camping on the property.
