"Haus Georgina" is located not far from Sassnitz’s old town and close to the city center, at the corner of Seestraße and Hafenstraße. In just a 2-minute walk, you’ll find yourself right at the Sassnitz harbor with its tour boats, the pier, and numerous restaurants and bars. You can reach the shops and restaurants just as quickly. Jasmund National Park, with its endless beech forests, is about 400 meters away. “Haus Georgina” was completely renovated in 2017 and 2018. There are a total of 4 residential units spread across staggered levels and floors. Each apartment comes with a parking space at the building.
The apartment on the 2nd floor accommodates 2 people. Spanning approximately 70 square meters, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a mini-oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
A parking space is not included with the apartment. Our recommendation: Use the large public parking garage at the city harbor, which is only about 200 meters away.
Or look for a public parking spot in the area. Right in front of the building on Hafenstraße, there is a parking lane where you can park by the hour (using a parking disc), making it convenient to load and unload.
