The Victoria Apartment Complex is in a quiet yet central location. It is situated on a hillside above the idyllic fishing and recreational boat harbor of the city of Sassnitz, home to Europe’s longest outer breakwater.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the city center or the harbor, with its numerous shopping options and dining choices; you can also quickly reach the beach promenade and the old town, with its many restaurants and cafés, or the Jasmund National Park, featuring numerous hiking trails and the famous chalk cliffs.
The residential complex consists of 3 detached houses with several apartments. The very well-maintained complex features an underground parking garage and a storage area for your bicycles, where you can also charge your e-bikes. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for communal use (for a fee).

The light-filled “Meeresrauschen” apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of this well-maintained vacation complex and features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and integrated shower. In the large, bright living room, the couch sleeps a third person.
The open kitchenette is cleverly integrated into the living area and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave.
In addition to a cozy sofa area, there is a dining table, flat-screen TV, and DVD player. Wi-Fi is available.
From the furnished south-facing balcony off the living area, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the pier and the Baltic Sea.
One underground parking space is available for your car and is included in the travel price. It is marked with the name of the apartment.
