Nette Wohnung in guter Lage, leider schlechter Service

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick ist toll und die Umgebung wunderschön. Die Wohnung selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem noch schön und das Wohnzimmer lichtdurchflutet. Die Rügener Zimmervermittlung hat leider nach der Buchung noch zusätzlich zur täglichen Hundepauschale eine weitere Hundereinigungsgebühr erhoben und es trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht für nötig erachtet, zu erklären, warum das nachträglich passiert und bei der Buchung nicht gleich die vollständigen Kosten angegeben werden. Zur Anreise wurde leider der falsche Schlüsselcode übermittelt und für den Erhalt der vorab bezahlten Kurkarten war ein zweimaliges Nachhaken erforderlich. Die Wohnung war nicht ganz sauber, aber ok.
