We’d like to warmly welcome you to our romantic, country-style vacation rental, Sammy!
 
This apartment has a very special charm! Except for the bathroom, it features
-a wooden floor that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere and a warm, inviting feel. The
-numerous exposed and partially freestanding ceiling and wall beams also contribute to this ambiance! Especially when the sun is shining, the apartment is bathed in a warm, cozy light!
- The romantic curtains, combined with
- the lovingly chosen accessories, also add to the special coziness!

When you enter the apartment, you look straight into the bathroom. The bathroom features:

- a sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser
- a tissue dispenser
- a shower with a built-in shower gel and shampoo dispenser
- a toilet
- a wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags,
- a tiled floor (bathroom rugs are provided)
- clothes drying rack
- a stool for storage and seating
 
From the spacious hallway, a door on the right leads you into the very cozy bedroom with a view of the four large linden trees that so characteristically frame our house! From the bed, you can look straight up at the sky through the

- large sloped-ceiling window. Sleep in a
- beautiful and comfortable wooden double bed.
- The nightstands, each with a reading lamp on either side of the bed, make it especially cozy in the evening.
- A wardrobe with a mirror naturally offers plenty of storage space for your clothes.
- In this room, you’ll find exposed wooden beams. A real eye-catcher!
 
 Step into the spacious, bright, and cozy living area. Here, on your left, you’ll find
-the beautiful couch. It can be used as
-a comfortable extra sleeping spot, allowing the apartment to accommodate four people.
Straight ahead, through
-the large wooden window with the pretty curtains you can look out onto the Reuter family’s pastures!
This makes the apartment very bright and welcoming.
-The spacious wooden table with four chairs is located directly under another slanted skylight, so you can sit and eat there comfortably.
-Plenty of wooden cabinets and
-shelves provide ample storage space.
-The floor lamp provides additional light, and the
-TV, placed on a sideboard, is clearly visible from anywhere.
- A coffee table with a
- armchair is, of course, part of the furnishings. In the evening, you can put your feet up and unwind in peace.

Integrated into the living area is a beautiful kitchen on the right. The well-equipped kitchenette includes:

- a 4-burner stove with
- an oven,
- a refrigerator with freezer compartment,
- plenty of cabinets,
- a coffee maker,
- a toaster
- and a kettle.

This apartment has Wi-Fi, accessible with a code we’ll provide.

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor House!
At the end of the village street, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazel bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the grounds! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats also feel at home here, and you can watch them in the evening.
