Ordered this hotel due to good ratings and as it was a tiny bit more reasonably priced than others in the area while according to photos maintaining the same quality. This was sadly not true. The hotel lacks maintenance. Room was dirty, extremely noisy AC and poor breakfast. Security was not very good and anyone could have walked in from the street.. when we checked out we were accused of taking drinks from the minibar and almost ended up paying a fee for drinks we did not consume. All the people in the reception was nice and helpful during the stay except for an old grumpy lady that clearly has some control issues.. would not recommend this hotel unless it was half the price it is today !

Gostei bastante do hotel em si, café da manhã bom, quarto excelente, limpo, com frigobar. Acho que o único ponto negativo foi o barulho à noite, por ser uma região bastante movimentada. Mas, faz parte. Eu voltaria a me hospedar com certeza .

Quarto espaçoso e limpo, o único incômodo era em um vazamento na pia do banheiro, mas não chegou a ser um transtorno grande. Café da manhã excelente, destaque aos bolos que sempre estavam sensacionais. Localização também é ótima, próximo a estação de metrô, mercados e restaurantes. Com certeza retornaria a me hospedar.

O quarto ótimo, cama grande e confortável, banheiro com chuveiro elétrico mas bem quente e forte. Não possui elevador, mas sem problemas. Única questão que ainda não sei o motivo é que o quarto estava me dando alergia sempre que eu pisava dentro dele, não sei se foi algum descuido de limpeza dos edredons ou do ar condicionado, mas eu e minha amiga ficamos com bastante alergia a noite. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e solicitos mesmo com o hotel lotado. O café da manhã fresco e bom. Minha estadia foi ótima.
