Ordered this hotel due to good ratings and as it was a tiny bit more reasonably priced than others in the area while according to photos maintaining the same quality. This was sadly not true. The hotel lacks maintenance. Room was dirty, extremely noisy AC and poor breakfast. Security was not very good and anyone could have walked in from the street.. when we checked out we were accused of taking drinks from the minibar and almost ended up paying a fee for drinks we did not consume. All the people in the reception was nice and helpful during the stay except for an old grumpy lady that clearly has some control issues.. would not recommend this hotel unless it was half the price it is today !

As fotos apresentadas no site não condiz com a realidade, o hotel é limpo, os funcionários são atenciosos, mas as instalações são bem simples, não tem elevador, o quarto pequeno, o ar condicionado muito barulhento e as janelas dão pra rua o que causa barulho, em compensação a localização é excelente e o café da manhã é bom e variado.

O hotel é bom, o café da manhã é bom e bem servido! mas as janelas não tem abafamento do som, ficamos em um quarto bem na esquina entre 2 ruas movimentadas, muito barulho! Além disso, foi preciso solicitar toalhas secas no segundo dia e retirar o lixo, pois não tivemos serviço de quarto!

Das Hotel ist ganz ok und füllt sein Zweck. Verbesserungsbedürftig wäre die Kommunikation, man muss did Zimmerkarte an der Rezeption lassen damit das Zimmer gereinigt wird das haben wir getan, aber leider passierte nichts, eine Info dazu erhielten wir nicht. Eine Antwort an den Nachrichten über expedia gab es nie. Am Telefon geht nie einer ran, auch wenn die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist.

Equipe excelente, simpática e prestativa. Serviço de quarto com menu de preço justo. Quarto limpo e bem arrumado. Super amplo. Café da manhã bem satisfatório. O unico ponto a desejar é em relacao ao banheiro. Box de banho pequeno. Falta um local próximo a pia do banheiro para deixar escovas e outros itens. E tbhavia alguns pontos com mofo, mas poucos e principalmente no teto. No geral foi muito bom e ficaria novamente. Ah, não tem elevador. São 2 andares com acesso por escada. Pra mim estava ok. Saliento apenas caso alguém tenha problema de mobilidade.

Gostei bastante do hotel em si, café da manhã bom, quarto excelente, limpo, com frigobar. Acho que o único ponto negativo foi o barulho à noite, por ser uma região bastante movimentada. Mas, faz parte. Eu voltaria a me hospedar com certeza .

Quarto espaçoso e limpo, o único incômodo era em um vazamento na pia do banheiro, mas não chegou a ser um transtorno grande. Café da manhã excelente, destaque aos bolos que sempre estavam sensacionais. Localização também é ótima, próximo a estação de metrô, mercados e restaurantes. Com certeza retornaria a me hospedar.
