My favorite place in Brazil ao far. The most comfortable bed i had trouble getting up in yhe morning. The dark shades will keep you from knowing if it's day or night. Super powerful hot shower. Maximum security at the entrance of the building. Super smooth communication. I wish I'd known about this property before. Thanks so much 😊

Great location to tourist hotspots, such as Avenida Paulista and Rua Oscar Freire for the best restaurants. Facial recognition technology make it easy to enter and exit. It's also located in a safe, trendy area. The only issues, room was not clean, long hairs in the bed sheets, no iron, but an unusable and dangerous steamer that burns your hands and should be thrown out. Plates but no utensils (strange?). It does have washing/drying facilities on level 2, so we washed all the bed sheets and towels immediately. Has a very basic gym.

First they sent me to check in into occupied/dirty apartment No. 63. Then they sent me to apartment 73 with electronic key with low battery, and weird pink substance (?) hidden in lamp. Then they sent me to apartment 53 which was a normal check in. Long time in hallways without room (after 3 pm). Woman on other side of chat refused to talk to me. Not good attitude. On bright side, good location, and easy system to access building and apartments. Low price

Nao tem onde pendurar roupa por dois motivos o lugar esta tão alto que precisaria de uma pequena escada ( nao sou baixa) também nao tem nenhum cabide.A localização é excelente, a porta apresentou defeito muitas tentativas para abrir! Fora isso tudo otimo lugar seguro e silencioso!

O lugar é ótimo, muito limpo e bem localizado. Porém, o isolamento acústico deixa a desejar, principalmente pela varanda dividida por vidro. Tive problemas com vizinhos de quarto barulhentos, que conversavam no telefone a todo momento.

O prédio é o apartamento são os melhores da região. O problema é a Viva Stay. Pela terceira vez que fico aí, a senha informada não abre a porta do apartamento. O suporte deles é o pior possível. Começa com uma IA horrível e termina com um humano que responde a mensagem a cada 20 minutos. Dessa vez cheguei 23;30 depois de 14h de viagem. A senha não funcionou. O suporte completamente despreparado e lento só resolveu o problema quase 1H DA MANHÃ. De novo, o prédio é o ótimo. Mas a Viva Stay é um lixo. Basta ver no reclame aqui, eles não respondem nenhuma reclamação e várias com relação a senha errada. Última vez que fico aí e sugiro a quem não queira passar raiva: EVITEM.

Excelente localização, quarto tem tudo que precisa, é confortável e estava bastante limpo. Checking digital funcionou e consegui acessar o prédio, tive problemas com a senha do apartamento, que foi resolvido rapidamente pelo Whatsapp. Fiquei no primeiro andar, era barulhento, disponibilizam até uma abafador de ouvido que ajudou. Não sei se por conta da época de chuvas, mas parte do quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo. O box do banheiro a agua escorre por abaixo.

Quarto MUITO bem equipado (já fiquei em apartamentos com cozinha sem utensílio nenhum, esse de fato tem tudo), moderno, bem localizado e confortável. Mantendo um preço competitivo na região (bater de frente com a concorrência do aoesmart studio) será minha opção sempre.
