Já conhecia o hotel onde é localizada a hospedagem. Localização muito boa. Mesmo que fosse chegar já no final da noite do sábado, fiz a reserva para esse dia mesmo, visando ter comodidade para uma viagem com criança de 4 anos de idade. Contudo, já na chegada ao hotel, por volta de 1:00 do domingo (houve atraso do voo), fui negativamente impactado pelas condições do local. Havia um vazamento no frigobar que deixou um alagamento no quarto, além do que o ar condicionado não funcionava. Prontamente, enviei mensagens com vídeo para a propriedade, já que a plataforma Hotéis.com não oferta nenhum canal para intervir nesse tipo de ocorrência. Responderam-me no domingo, dizendo que mandariam alguém apenas na segunda. Na segunda, fui obrigado a autorizar entrada de representantes da propriedade para solucionar o problema, já que não estaria presente. Passaria poucos dias em SP e a viagem seria para levar minha filha para passeios e outras atividades. Nesse dia, disseram que teriam solucionado o problema do frigobar, mas isso não ocorreu. Ao invés disso, desligaram o frigobar. Agora, não havia vazamento, mas não tinha local para armazenar comidas ou gelar bebidas. Como desligaram por completo, estragou um jantar que havia deixado no domingo. Sobre o ar condicionado, não me deram retorno algum. Apenas no momento do meu check out, chegou uma pessoa que alegou estar lá para acompanhar um prestador de serviço para avaliar os problemas. Experiência péssima. Não recomendo para ninguém o local

Ficamos as 3 diárias sem ar condicionado, mesmo tendo avisado ao anfitrião na mesma hora que chegamos sobre o problema. Ficaram de resolver no outro dia e só desculpas esfarrapadas. Quero o reembolso total do que paguei. Pagar caro pra ter o desconforto de calor durante toda estadia não é aceitável

Não conseguimos entrar no quarto no horário, as 17:00 ainda estavam limpando e ainda assim quarto sujo e com cheiro horrível. Não tem roupa de cama para sofá cama, travesseiros sem fronha amarelados e as fronhas só foram enviadas depois, tv não funciona. Péssima comunicação, as 11:00 no dia do checkout ja queriam que eu liberasse para entrar a limpeza. Horrível, fique no hotel no mesmo edifício, não vale o custo benefício do flat.

Foi excelente principalmente o atendimento do funcionário Jonathan do Whindhan, atencioso, cordial e educado, assim como o Bruno também quem dera se todos os hotéis tivessem funcionários solícitos como eles, irei voltar sempre!
