O quarto cumpre a sua função (tem cama, chuveiro e tomadas), mas o checkin/acesso a ele é super complicado por falta de organização da administradora. Não recebi as informações sobre o checkin e fiquei 2h para o LADO DE FORA porque não me deixaram entrar. A funcionária da recepção foi extremante rude e sem educação, fez questão de tratar mal e não ajudar. Ela teve o prazer de me dizer que eu não poderia esperar do lado de dentro e me deixou na rua; porém, quando um casal de gringos chegou e passou pela mesma situação que eu, na mesma hora ela saiu de seu posto para ajudá-los. A administradora do apartamento não respondia as mensagens e não atendia ao telefone. Durante as 2h que fiquei do lado de fora, vi 4 hóspedes passarem pela mesma situação que eu. Se tantas pessoas são obrigadas a ficar do lado de fora por não terem recebido as informações necessárias, está na hora de rever a forma que trabalham urgentemente. NÃO recomendo para ninguém. O apartamento não vale o preço que cobram e o estresse envolvido faz valer menos a pena ainda.
