Amazing stay

We loved our stay, the hotel is brand new and they told us we were the second guests staying in the room. Staff is friendly and the room is spacious and clean. The restaurant also has delicious food. We will definitely be back.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay in room 313, as the experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. I made the reservation through Hotels.com, as I typically do when travelling, often several times per month. I am therefore quite familiar with hotels positioned in the same category as yours and normally have very positive experiences. However, several aspects of this stay were surprising: • Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bed was extremely small, likely the smallest double bed I have encountered in a hotel of this category. When I contacted reception, I was informed that I should have paid closer attention to the bed type during booking. I was offered a room with two separate beds, which unfortunately does not work when travelling with my wife for a romantic stay. • The room appeared to be adapted for accessibility needs, which I fully respect and appreciate as an important feature. However, this was not required in our case and it significantly reduced the usable space in the shower. • There were also no convenient power outlets on the left side of the bed or near the workspace for charging devices. In order to charge my phone or laptop, I had to unplug the bedside lamp and the desk lamp, which is quite inconvenient for a modern hotel room. These are relatively basic functional aspects that one would not expect to encounter in a hotel of your brand’s reputation, especially considering that the property is relatively new and pos

Tive uma experiência agradável no Westin, mas nada que realmente surpreenda. O hotel é bem localizado, relativamente novo e, no geral, confortável, porém apresenta alguns problemas pontuais. Logo no check-in havia uma fila bastante longa, evidenciando uma clara falta de funcionários para atender toda a demanda naquele momento. Ainda assim, é justo dizer que todos foram bastante atenciosos durante o atendimento. O minibar é bastante limitado e a cama, na minha opinião, poderia ser mais confortável. Um ponto que considero especialmente negativo é o sistema de entretenimento do quarto: simplesmente não é possível espelhar o celular na televisão, e o hotel tampouco oferece uma solução como Chromecast ou algo similar — algo que considero essencial em um hotel recém-inaugurado. No fim das contas, trata-se de um bom hotel, bem localizado e agradável, mas que ainda carece de alguns ajustes para realmente surpreender.

El hotel es muy lindo, limpio, el equipo que tienen muy bueno tanto en recepción como en el restaurante! Felicidades! Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue la ubicación, está en una zona muy complicada de tráfico para salir incluso ahí mismo en Itaim. Otros detalles mínimos como que no llenan el depósito de agua de la cafetera del cuarto si se te acaba y no dejan más que una sola agua cuando son dos personas en el cuarto son los pequeños detalles que todavía pueden mejorar y que hacen de la estancia algo distintivo. En general bien.
