O site Hotels.com confirmou a estadia de um apartamento que não estava disponível. Tiveram que nos enviar para outro Hotel em São Paulo, longe de onde eu precisava estar e sem café da manhã. Experiência ruim. Não pretendo reservar hotel por este site novamente.

Eu teria que falar um palavrão mas tenho educação.

Não tinha o aparelho de ar condicionado instalado. Fiquei sem ar condicionado.reclamei e não resolveram nada. O telefone também não funciona. Quando precisava falar com a recepção tinha que ir até lá. Os lençóis estavam todos amassados, parecia que tinha sido usado e não trocado. Vocês tem que tomar cuidado com este tipo de serviço oferecido pois é o nome de vocês que está em jogo. Por exemplo eu não voltarei neste hotel e nem usarei mais o Hotel.com.
