Hotel novo recém inaugurado. Café da manhã ainda precisa melhorar com mais opções e um café que não seja de máquina apenas. Janelas anti- ruído também seriam bem vindas. Muito barulho vindo da rua incomoda o sono.

Foi uma experiência bem abaixo do esperado. Notadamente no que se refere à limpeza, e a operação como um todo. O banheiro estava cheio de fios de cabelo, o box sujo, toalha de hóspede anterior jogada no armário, etc. Fiquei decepcionado, pois as instalações são boas (bem novas), a equipe procura ser simpática, mas há falhas graves na operação (exemplo: o quarto tem frigobar, microondas, uma pia, armários e bancada, mas nenhum utensílio - pedi talheres emprestados, e houve recusa, sob alegação de que não existiam - me pareceu surreal, pois nem mesmo um copo descartável). Verificando uma senhora fazendo a limpeza das áreas comuns, usando pano de chão arcaicamente utilizado, percebi que a operação de limpeza tá equivocada, e talvez responda pela péssima higienização do quarto/bsnheiro. A localização é muito boa, as instalações são adequadas à proposta; infelizmente a gestão falha feio na operação. O serviço de guarda volume, não tem qualquer segurança - o hóspede é direcionado a colocar a bagagem próximo à saída do hotel, sem qualquer controle !!! Eu entrei para pegar minha mala, e como havia outras, poderia ter pego quaisquer !!! É necessário uma correção URGENTE. Fico frustrado, pois não demora muito e o hotel receberá péssimas avaliações. Fica aqui o meu apelo: não deixem o hotel tão largado - façam supervisão dos processos, notadamente da limpeza/higiene.

Quarto funcional, repleto de tomadas, cim micro-ondas e a tv com duversos canais. Cama mt confortável. Unico ponto ruim é o café da manhã, que na verdade é só uma pequena mesa com lanchinhos. Fora isso a localização é excelente.

O atendimento é excelente! O quarto era limpo, com cama confortável e ótimo chuveiro. Ainda tivemos um café da manhã de cortesia, com café, sucos, iogurte e frutas. A localização também é ótima: fiz todos os meus passeios pela Liberdade com a tranquilidade de estar hospedada bem perto de tudo.

O hotel é novo tanto em funcionamento como em estrutura, o quarto é bem limpo e os moveis são novos. A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é o café da manhã, o lugar é pequeno e as opções são muito limitadas. Eles servem alguns pães e bolachas industrializadas, falta opções quentes e frios. No geral o hotel é um bom lugar pra quem quer ficar no bairro da liberdade.
