I chose this property because of the great rating. I was not dissappointed. Great deal I would give it an 11 instead of a 10. Excellent units feel new and clean and modern. Reception attention was fantastic as well.

Local com ótima relação x custo benefício. Entretanto, enfrenta problemas sérios de fechadura eletrônica. Perdi duas horas tentando contato com o atendimento virtual para conseguir um novo número de acesso. Fechadura travou por duas vezes. Recepcionista fez reset. Informou que está acontecendo com frequência. Descobri que vários hóspedes estavam enfrentando o mesmo problema. Este ponto mata completamente a experiência de hospedagem no local. Não se hóspede se for precisar entrar no apartamento após as 20h, quando não tem mais recepcionista no local. Pode enfrentar o risco de viver uma experiência caótica.

O quarto é muito bom. Bem novo e arrumado. Entraram em contato horas antes para falar como entrar no prédio e informar qual seria meu quarto. A localização é muito boa e o prédio conta com um mercadinho na recepção com preços razoáveis. O único ponto negativo é o check in às 15:00 e o check out às 12:00.

A estadia foi muito boa. A cozinha tinha utensílios suficientes para o tempo que fiquei, mas poderia ter também airfryer. E a qualidade do papel higiênico também precisa melhorar, era muito fino e necessário usar várias dobras para poder utilizar.

Boa acomodação, boa localização, mas há uma igreja em frente que toca sinos às 8:50 do domingo extremamente alto, não há como não acordar, além de vários outros horários ao longo dos dias. Tirando isso, a acomodação é ótima.
