Beautiful hotel, I highly recommend the suite with a private deck/pool. Not a huge pool but so nice to have a private space to hang out. The rooms and courtyard are stunning. The staff was very kind and accommodating, always able to help with anything we needed.

The hotel is a bit of a Gem. Its setup like an old Spanish house with a court yard all the rooms face. Breakfast is included and its a block away from Parque de los Novios. Also a block away from the boardwalk and marina. If I visit Santa Marta again I will try and stay here.

First I thought the room on the ground floor was dark, but later appreciated it when I realized it kept heat - and street noise - out. Good location just a block from the Malecon - and opposite a restaurant that people keep saying is the best in Santa Marta

Loved the staff — super friendly and welcoming. This hotel had THE best breakfast and is walking distance to fancy restaurants and the parque de Los Enamorados, where you can find more affordable meal options (though still in the tourist area). Its central location means it could be a little loud at night and early in the morning. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine.

This hotel was a pleasant find. Very comfortable room with everything working as it should. Included breakfast each morning was very good and no scimping on portions. Offered coffee refills upon request with no problem. Only improvement would have been to have better internet signal in our 3rd floor room.
