"Nuestra experiencia en Akela Hotel Santa Marta fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue excelente. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y muy bien cuidada, y cada detalle hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más agradable. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue el personal: todas las empleadas fueron increíbles, súper amables, atentas, serviciales y siempre con una sonrisa.
