This property offers 2 luxurious bedroom suites, each with private ensuite baths, luxurious finishes and upgraded touches throughout. To accommodate a 5th guest, a third bedroom with full ensuite bath is available for an additional fee. Stays at this home include exclusive resident and guest access to all Montecito Beach Village amenities including two shared swimming pools, fitness center, onsite restaurants, beach club, and direct access to the neighboring beach (Playa La Bocana).

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• Reservations must be booked & paid for within 7 days of arrival

The villa’s private pool is fully operational and ready for use but is missing some tiles; cosmetic tile repairs are scheduled for May 2026, and rates have been adjusted accordingly in the meantime.
