The hotel was absolutely great! Staff was so helpful and kind from the front desk staff, to the bell guys, serving staff, chamber maids and all the others. Shout out to the front desk manager and her security manager for how they looked after us after a snorkeling incident and for giving us an extra hour to stay in the room on check out as my wife wasn’t feeling well. One of the servers particularly stood out and his name is Alfonso. All of them were great but Alfonso was especially helpful. The room was perfect. Our chambermaid was precise and kind. The pool was beautiful and the grounds impeccable. Would highly recommend

The breakfast was decent because there was someone making made to order eggs every day which I really like. Ordered nachos at the restaurant the first night I was there and they were by far the worst nachos I’ve ever eaten, fake cheese that tasted like Velveta and so much of it the chips were soggy and the mojito was also pretty gross made with dark rum not white rum which is standard. There isn’t a whole lot to do around the hotel other than the beach but the town is about a 20 min walk up the hill to see the church. I was travelling solo so I like a little more action that there was around there most restaurants are a good 15-20 min walk but I didn’t feel unsafe walking alone in the evening to go grab dinner, the beaches are small with no shade but some of the day excursions to the other beaches are a lot better over all the hotel was decent for the price

The hotel is in a Good location but in general it needs to be renovated. It is very noisy as most of the rooms are on the Main Street side. The facilities like the pool and gym are very basic and small.

Amazing beds, nice and close to the beach and walking distance to a great grocery store. Frequent buses go by to take you downtown or you can easily walk there in about 20 mins. I would definitely stay here again!
