It is an easy drive to three other major golf courses in the area; is located within a ten-mile drive to several beaches and close to many wineries and restaurants. The large open space living area (and large screen TV) opens to patio seating, which is perfect for sunset views, BBQ's and relaxing after a day at the beach or touring the Central Coast. The condo was very nice. It had updated appliances, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for me and my husband and adult children. The view from the patio was pretty over looking the 9th hole at the golf course. The manager, & owners were very helpful and accommodating. There was a slight problem with a water leak, but they addressed it immediately and it was never a worry. The previous renters had animals in the condo and it smelled like wet dog a bit, but not bad. Our overall stay was very enjoyable and we were happy we chose this location. We would rent out this condo again in the future.
