Wedding stay

Our family rented this house so we could all stay in one place for my son's wedding in Nipomo. This was a centrally located, easy to access place for the wedding and our sight seeing. There were 15 of us staying there and we hosted supper for about 20. We discovered some lights that didn't work and Donita sent maintenance to replace them right away. Plenty of room, would definitely recommend it.

Great place in Orcutt for a larger group

Very cool farmhouse that worked well for our group of nine adults. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms. If I could change one thing about the house it would be to have a few more bathrooms. Overall, very pleased with the house. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful.

I was not able to go on this trip but the rest of the family showed up and they loved your place. Plenty of room to move around. There were 10 adults and 3 children. They loved your front porch and yard. I hope to be able to get out there and stay at your home. Perfect for large groups.

"Our church group of 14 stayed here for the weekend, and it was perfect! The space was roomy enough for everyone to move around comfortably and have their own space without feeling crowded. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, homely feel to it. We had a fantastic time and felt right at home. Highly recommend for large groups!"

Family wedding weekend

We had family coming into town from across the country--and the world--and we looked for a place in Santa Maria that might accommodate at least a dozen relatives. This renovated farm house could not have been more perfect--the rooms, the common areas, the yard--everything was beautiful, casual and welcoming. We would recommend this property whole-heartedly.

Home away from home

This home was the perfect setting for our family to gather as we traveled near and far to lay my grandmother to rest. Very charming, maintained, and welcoming home. Perfectly located with a country feel but close enough to grocery stores and the best pastry shop around.
