This place has the potential to be amazing. The room was VERY spacious and had plenty of seating areas. If renovation and proper housekeeping (along with staff attitudes) took place, this would be worth staying at again.
The check in process was easy but the guy was very stern and lied to us about entry into the building. We arrived after 10, and was given a choice for a room without a TV or without a mirror, because all the good rooms were sold to those that arrived earlier. We drove to the back of the building where our room was located and could not get into any of the entry doors. We had to walk on the outside to the front of the building to get in. The linens were clean, but there were nail clippings on the floor, food in the fridge and toilet paper roll and trash behind the bathroom door. The sink faucet was floppy and dripped water all over the counter. Our socks were filthy from walking on the dirty carpet. The bed is hard as a rock. There is no bedbug protector on the mattress and the mattress itself was incredibly gross and aged.
I do not plan to stay here again, as you get what you paid for. There was a reason that it was the only affordable hotel in town during the balloon fiesta.
