This light and airy unit has been completely renovated and professionally decorated by Wiseman, Gale, and Duncan Interiors of Santa Fe. Designed in spirited Santa Fe style, it stands out as the most charming unit in the Fort Marcy complex. The home features a kiva fireplace, beautiful hand-plastered walls, hardwood floors, and heated bathroom floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Custom cabinets and hand-painted tiles add distinctive character, making this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath unit perfect for up to six guests.

The upper-level balcony, accessible from both bedrooms, offers stunning views of the city and breathtaking western sunsets over the Jemez Mountains. The unit is also equipped with an ASKO washer/dryer, a stereo system with sound throughout, and three flat-screen TVs for entertainment. The dining area, vibrant and intimate, is ideal for enjoying meals, and the home is adorned with unique Mexican and Guatemalan vintage textiles and antique pieces, adding to its distinctive charm. The designers have thoughtfully included everything needed to make your Santa Fe visit truly memorable.

We loved this place so much! The decorations were perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. The beds were comfortable. The glasses and plates were super fun to have happy hour with. We loved being next to Cross of the Martyrs for sunset every night.

Very cute bohemian property

Apartment was adorable, actually cuter than the pictures. Very clean and all of the furniture/linens/etc were of nice quality. The location was good - not quite easy walking distance, but almost everything in Santa Fe was under 10 minutes away.

loved it! Was tricky to find in the dark at night for the first arrival. uber drivers also seemingly had a difficult time finding us. Just a few things I noticed besides the recommenations i mentioned above, the top/behind of the couch cold use a quick vaccuum/lint roller as it did have some hair and dust, as well as the lamp on the buffet table. No biggie, but thought I'd mention it. I was unclear if we had to take ALL the trash (ie bathrooms) out or just the kitchen trash. loved the heated floors in bathrooms. Best rental property we have stayed at....wonderful design and execution. Everything was well stocked and thought out very well. Loved how fresh and modern it was, yet homey and personable at the same time. The designers did an incredible job. And that carved wood column, to die for! Sent two emails prior to arrival and never got a response from either. One was to inquire if the hot tub was fixed by our arrival date, and the other was just an informative email about our arrival time and didn't necessarily require a response back.

Access to the condo was a bit complicated; however, even arriving at night we managed very well and were happy to see all the welcoming lights. We were beautifully located with easy access to great restaurants and in town activities! Beds were very comfy. Fun being surrounded with such beautiful colors!

The Best!

This property was fantastic....looks exactly as pictured. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked with all the utensils, pots & pans that a family would need. The refrigerator and dishwasher looked to be brand new. Look inside the TV hutch and you'll find a number of games for a quiet stay inside evening. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were fluffy. We loved staying at this property. The only thing I'll mention that is a little unusual is that pick up/drop off of the keys is off-site on Paseo de Peralta, which is maybe a mile away from the Condo. It's not too much of an inconvenience if you have a car, but possibly more challenging if you do not have a car.

Really Lovely Stay

This was a well decorated condo which added to the enjoyment of the stay. It was fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals. It was in a location that allowed us to walk to restaurants which were only 11-15 minutes away. The only negative was the check in and check out process. You had to pick up and leave off the key at a location that was seven minutes away by car (or 30 minutes by foot if you decided not to rent a car). This was inconvenient, especially when trying to catch a plane. A lox box at the condo or an electronic door opener would have been better.
