The large private salt pool, 11mx4.5m and a constant depth of 2m, is the protagonist of the spacious and beautiful exteriors of the house. Tastefully decorated, the gardens offer several corners where you can relax while enjoying the Mediterranean climate. You will find sun loungers where you can sunbathe, an area with sofas where you can relax and a large table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The interior of the house, of one floor and of recent construction, is decorated in a modern style. Its large living-dining room, equipped with AC, fireplace and Smart TV, will be perfect for great evenings. The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need to cook great meals. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to rest, there are 4 bedrooms with AC and access to the garden.
