This delightful detached villa is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the lovely sandy beach in Punta Prima along with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of four bedrooms, all with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, a shower room, separate lounge, dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a spacious covered terrace leading to the sun terrace and large private pool. Patio furniture, sun loungers and a brick built BBQ are available to relax, soak up Menorca’s sun and enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best.
**Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

Great location...pool and shower issues

Villa is in a great location and there was plenty of room for the seven of us. Cant fault the layout and we were very happy with the villa and poolsize. Drawbacks... the pool had obviously not been cleaned prior to our arrival as there were dead bugs, leaves and generally a bit of a mess. It was unsightly and the children would not get in. The Solmar rep came around and took photos but returned later saying the villa managers refused to clean the pool, so brought us 2 fishing nets to do it ourselves! Nobody came to clean the pool for the week of our stay. Both showers have been updated which is a positive, but unfortunately one leaked very badly and there was never enough hot water for 7 of us to shower after a day in the sun. Maximum of 4 hot showers on any evening and towels had to be used prevent a dangerously wet tiled bathroom floor which meant a lack of clean towels. Unfortunately this again need a call to the rep, a visit a day later from the property mnanager and clean towels another day after that.
