Great hotel in SMA

Amazing hotel, great architecture, big rooms, everything was perfect. I think the restaurant/bar could improve its service, it was slow, and the waiters looked angry. I would come back, but won't use those facilities if possible.

Nice hotel, quite area but a bit remote from city center. Good quality but breakfast service is just ok and check-in, booking and invoicing through hotel.com was not user friendly

Hotel itself was nice but it is isolated and you can't walk to the city center or anything of interest. There is a shuttle until about 5:00-5:30 but I wouldn't have stayed if I had realized it.

I love love the contemporary design of the hotel! The pool and patio area were stunning to sit and enjoy the evening. The staff was so kind and thoughtful of our needs. I love that the key card for your room only allowed you to go on your floor. A great safe place for a wanderer like myself. Easy to get a cab. Price was great! Breakfast was so good!

Odd hotel -

Horrible room next to large air conditioning unit. No sleep entire night. When asked to move - was offered room below the air conditioner. After a heated discussion, was moved. All public spaces are outside. Dining is in the courtyard - it was cold. Very odd hotel.

Excellent hotel to stay, couple of minutes driving to San Miguel de Allende midtown. It was not nice that once we arrived for check in, they register us, told room was ready, but would not allow to enter until 3 PM, unless we pay half the daily fee (we check in at 1 PM).
