Beautiful hotel.

This hotel was fantastic, the page doesn’t show you the beauty of the hotel and the service and cleanliness were amazing, the only thing I’d change is the breakfast, in 3/4 days of our stay the employees only gave us eggs for breakfast

UNA MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA

Al llegar a San Miguel Allende ningún taxi conocia donde estaba el hotel, un policia no nos pudo resolver la situacion, finalmente conseguimos llegar al hotel que está ubicado en las afueras del centro de la ciudad en una zona apartada totalmente inconveniente para usarla como punto de partida para cualquier paseo. Eran las 8 pm el lugar estaba cerrado, estuvimos golpeando la puerta por más de 10 minutos, finalmente apareció una empleada seguida de dos niños llorando que justificó que no escuchaba el llamado. Dado lo descripto pedimos hablar con alguien responsable pero no ofreció ninguna forma de comunicarnos, decididos a no quedarnos en ese lugar, no tuvimos otra alternativa que dormir la primera noche y salir a la mañana siguiente. Hicimos el reclamo a Hotelespunto.com para obtener la devolucion del importe de las 3 noches adicionales pero aún no tuvimos respuesta satisfactoria.

Bien, no para estancias largas

El personal muy amable. Los cuartos limpios y grandes. Los contras que le veo es que no está tan cerca del centro. Nosotros fuimos un fin de semana de puente y encontrar un uber o taxi fue una misión imposible. También el cuarto no estaba tan aislado del ruido. Nos despertaron las voces, el ruido de la cocina, los pasos, la gente haciendo cosas.
