Very nice and quiet place. My stay was excellent. Easy to check in and out. The room was very clean. The hotel was very close to the Pismo pier and the shops. 10 min walk or 5 min in car. The location was perfect. Very nice area and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a good and close place to stay if you want to stay close to the beach and town. 5 min walk to the pier and beach, hairdryer was not really working well, but shower was nice with handheld shower head. Room felt kind of humid after shower so keep windows open.

We stayed 1 night really basic hotel like we expected. It was close to shopping and the beach which was nice. Although I wouldn’t stay there again because of the overwhelming scents / fragrance in the room. If you sensitive or have allergies I would stay avoid this hotel.

It is an older hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. You can tell it was recently renovated. Nice new flooring, furniture, and remodeled bathroom. The floor was a little uneven around the bed, but didn’t interfere with the function of the bed. The rooms are cozy and the property is pet friendly. Great location and within walking distance to all the restaurants and point of interest in Pismo Beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room. Quiet area. Hotel is near the beach. You can walk to the beach. Don’t drive to the beach. Parking is expensive. Leave your car at the hotel and walk.
