The room was disgusting, it was a non smoking that smelled like it was a smoking room. The ice bucket looked like someone puked in it and it was just wiped out, the tv remote had what looked to be a label from something bought from Walmart to hold the batteries in. The whole facility smelled like urine and feces.

The A/C and heat was not working and the TV was disconnected from the wall cable connection plugs. The shower needs repairs. There was no refrigerator. Had to get new key at 9:00pm because mine stopped working

VERY DISAPPOINTED

The room not only didn’t have a working AC but their ice machine did not work. The bed had some white stains on it. And the bathroom looked recently used. It was an unenjoyable experience.

No AC, the window opens but everyone would be able to see you and hear you. So I left it closed. There was no fan, now I know why the parking lot was empty. It was miserable. I asked for a refund.

The room keys were not working. Everytime we left room front desk had to open our door for us . The show had hair in it and a used wet bar of soap. I had to prop up 1/2 my big with pillow it was so worn out very uncomfortable.

Not the staff’s fault at all, none of the door cards worked for anyone’s rooms in the entire motel. The first time for me to see such owner failure. Never and I mean never should that happen. How do you look yourself in the mirror if you own a motel and none of the key cards will open guests rooms. You make your staff walk to each room every time someone needed access. You’re fired, get out of the motel industry. Unbelievable.

Air conditioning for the entire was broken on a labor weekend. They offered no discounts or anything except for quick apology when checking in. Staff didn’t even let me know before checking in, found out from other people in line. They didn’t even ask if I wanted to cancel upon asking them about this. Staff didn’t give the WiFi password upon checking in. Long line for check-in. They only provided 2 hand towels in my room and didn’t answer when I called. Room was clean but that was the only positive
