Worst place ive stayed at shame as i love the town of San luis osibio. Constant banging of floor above me, people shouting, dogs barking, , cars rwccing the engines, terrible room cleaning service. Gym also terrible like something feom the 90's with the equipment there and lack of it..

Overall, the experience was good, and the level of amenities and value were good. The main person in reception was friendly and did her best, but she seemed very inexperienced and provided what seemed like scripted, non-accommodating answers to some, what I would consider, very basic and common requests. I believe she was sincerely trying to do her best, but the lack of experience was evident.

We did not have a good experience with the room. The room was neglected: broken refrigerator door, bathroom was dirty upon arrival, bathroom door was warped with humidity, ceiling leaked during the rain, floors are cracked and most furniture was either dusty or half wiped. The staff was nice enough. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged items. We bought up concerns with staff and they tried to help but walking thru the rest of the hotel (office spaces unorganized, laundry room neglected, dusty or broken curtain) we could tell attention to detail was not a priority. We made the best of it so it wouldn’t ruin our family weekend but we will not be staying there again.

The room doesn’t look nice. The sheets were old had holes in them. They have two different kinds of beds and one of them is semi comfortable and the other is horrible. There was no window or natural light in our room. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The breakfast was the best part and it wasn’t anything special.
