With such a breathtaking view, this hotel should take more pride in their property. We felt catfished. It was not maintained at all. Mildew in bathrooms. Carpets were dirty. Patio had spider webs!! I felt dirty and we had a full week stay. Super disappointed!!!

This is probably the nicest hotel we’ve had the pleasure to stay at in Pismo. The rooms were clean, the sound of the ocean all night, and the terraces on each floor with the fire pits make this location the most relaxing but close to the pier. It’s just far enough away from the pier that you avoid the sound of traffic or people. The Starbucks in the lobby was nice and the staff were very kind and helpful. This is our place to stay from now on for sure.

We were put in an adjacent building. The room needs some major TLC. We’ve always stayed in the main building. I won’t stay there again if we’re not. The door wouldn’t lock and would t even close for that matter unless you pushed/pulled very hard. Twice my door was open when we thought it was closed. I asked the front desk on day 1 to look at it and no one did. My son is attending college in the area and I’ve always liked this property, especially their comfy beds, but unless we get the main building, I’ll have to try somewhere else.
