The room was definitely not what we were expecting but it was definitely not like some of the places we have stayed before. First it was smaller that I thought when i picked it out like a lot smaller. Second ther was no blankets on the bed. No big deal till we got cold. The staff on the other hand was amazing very friendly and no questions asked got us what we asked for noproblem. (First floor & extra towels). So shout out to them.

1. The room I reserved was unavailable. 2. The room they did give me . Had Chick-fil-A bags and food everywhere. Dirty towels in the floor. Sheets and blankets were off the bed and in the shower. There was blunt wraps on the stand next to the bed. And someone underwear in the floor. 3. The next room they gave me was a handicap room and the shower didn’t work. This was at 2am so I stayed the night and left the next morning. They refused to refund me for the additional days. The pictures on hotel.com of these rooms is not an accurate representation of the rooms and should be illegal to scam customers in this way.
