The room, property, and staff were all good. Some other guests were partying right outside our door, making noise and smoking pot that caused the smell to come strongly into our room. It was very disruptive having the room fill with smoke 3 times the night we were there when we were trying to enjoy a weekend away.

First time to stay & was an enjoyable one! Very unique with all the different room themes/styles. E stayed at one of the French-themed rooms. Enjoyed breakfast, too, fast and generous portions. Our server, Amanda, was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here, again, in the future!!

Excellent location. Room was exactly as advertised. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. Some of the furniture did need some touch ups as it looked old and worn. Food was excellent and the bar area was sublime. Bartender was excellent and the restaurant staff was very attentive. Only feedback is that the staff at the gift shop wasn't very friendly. Didn't say hi and didn't acknowledge us. Lobby staff was very friendly at check in but not so much at check out. Will definitely check out other rooms next time we're in SLO.

We loved the ambience of Madonna inn. It’s an older hotel but there were aspects of it that made it timeless. We loved the decor of our room, restaurants, grounds etc. Loved the pool and hot tub areas. We ate at the cooper cafe twice and it was exceptional. Food was yummy and portions great. The banana cream pie was to die for!! Staff were all great! And the ground were so well maintained. I loved the little garden area! We’ll be back!!

The property is very beautiful and the room was very clean. I loved the decorations it was stylish and overall soo unique from other hotels I have stayed in. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend it. :)
