Stay away from this hotel. The rooms were not clean and they smell. The TV was out, sheets were dirty and the hot tub was out of service. Nevertheless, the worst quality was customer service. The Asian boy and the bold guy at the front desk were so grumpy and rude.

The staff was rude. They were not helpful The room was in very bad shape and the AC did not work there was not a microwave on the room but later they got me one I was told they did not have regular coffee and there was only decaf in the room The next day the cleaning staff gave regular coffee I would recommend not to include this on your hotel list

Staff was rude, you really have to read the fine print about the deposit. Was looking for a place last minute to I didn’t get time to read everything And the front desk guy was unnecessarily sassy about my confusion. Unknown stains on the floor, bed, and walls. Just felt gross being in the room overall.

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The parking situation was good and its a place to sleep. Unfortunately SLO is quite expensive to stay in so for the price anywhere else you'd be laughed at for paying. The room was very rough and run down, but the bed was clean and comfortable. The "breakfast" consisted of premade pastries and over brewed coffee. It wasn't bad, it's just way less than expected, like I have stayed in nicer motel 6s.
