Dated room, especially bathroom, but its what most Embassy Suites are, lots of rooms for families, good options on included hot breakfast. This particular hotel has had issues with keys on mulitple visits, this time they have someone else my room while we were in it, then my digital key was assigned a different room, then 2 rooms. Convenient for family visit to Cal Poly.

Amazing customer service! This is a great hotel in San Luis. Lots of shopping and food options within a walking distance. Hotel is clean and updated. Staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Great friendly staff, facilities are a bit dated. The HVAC systems cooling the rooms leave much to be desired. This was a problem for multiple rooms reported by multiple guests in our party. Way too humid in the rooms. Otherwise breakfast was great. Lots of homeless people around the area. Would still stay there again for the value
