Ok, rm was clean. Very small. With 2 people you had to step aside to get to bathroom or go out door, or your side of bed. There were screened vents on wall, floor level, to let in air from outsd. "Ahh ocean" air, had to shut slide doors our screens were torn away, so bugs or small criters could get in. Frig was noisy. Beach access was great! Resturants were short walks away! Hotel is on a culdisac, so lots of foot traffic going by hotel, because its public beach access. If you dont plan on on staying in room much other than to sleep its not too bad of a hotel.

We stayed through the week, so the hotel was quiet. The room was small but clean and neat with a great view of the ocean. It had a small mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The convenience of being able to leave the room and walk to the pier in a couple of minutes is a plus. We will definitely stay there again.

The location can’t be nicer! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very convenient parking. The rooms are small but comfortable. It is located steps from the beach and the pier. I would definitely stay there again.

The view from the room was beautiful! Loved the fresh ocean air coming in through the windows! Room and bathroom were clean! No complaints! I'll be a return customer.

The room was very clean and looked like it was just remodeled. First time I've seen a ceiling fan/light with a remote in a motel. I slept like a baby. Right on the beach and super short walk to the pier and restaurant's. I would definitely stay there again.

Do not stay here!

Hotel was right along beach, but that was the only highlight!! There was NO A/C and the room was sweaty hot. There was one window that opened in the bathroom, but it was next to dumpsters and didn’t provide much air flow through room. Room fan was on remote system, but had to turn on light switch to make it work. A tower fan was in tiny closet, but only button that worked was timer feature which didn’t even turn on the fan so it was pointless. There were very few plugins unless you unplugged the mini fridge or coffee maker. The room was so small that our luggage wouldn’t fit between the queen bed and dresser. My spouse and I had to take turns passing though the room because it was so tiny. The bathroom had lots of brown on walls, on blow dryer cord, and on baseboard; could have been sand and/or rust starting. Guy in office was not friendly, even when he came to install a mini air conditioner after much complaining. We tried to get money back after being there maybe 30 minutes, but office guy refused and offered to put a note on file for next time… there will NEVER be a next time even if it were a free stay! Would not recommend to friends or anyone!!!
