Other than the property being a bit dated and right off the freeway, it was a quiet and friendly place to sleep for a couple nights. We had originally planned only to stay for one night, but were easily able to add an extra night for our stay. Staff was very helpful.

Budget Inn Is Amazing Value!

Budget Inn was perfectly located, plenty of convenient stores and fast food or restaurants to consider, walking distance to parks and other shopping, the owner was amazing and very hospitable and checked in on us a couple of times each day, I’m a business owner and that kind of hospitality goes a long way, we will definitely be staying again within the next week or two

Budget Inn Rocks & Owner Is Awesome

The room was in poor condition. The furniture was in bad shape, some of it was broken. The floor was not clean. Maybe their vacuum cleaner was broken, but rug was gritty with crumbs and dirt. There was a sock on the floor that some had left behind. We were disappointed.

Filthy roach motel for a lot of money. We slept with our cloths on. The shower was so ugly we did not use. All this for about $190 per night. Never again.

It’s fine. You get what you pay for. It’s an older facility so everything is pretty worn down and a bit crusty but all serviceable. It’s what I expected for budget.

Absolutely adorable property and the front desk was welcoming & accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is ideal being on the waterfront. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay with many dining options & activities within walking distance.

Despite a booking error on Expedia, this place refused to even consider canceling the reservation without penalty since it wasn't my fault. Other issues with the unit: Smelled/stuffy Carpet stains throughout No light in the "balcony" Holes in the walls Incomplete paint patches Extremely tight vanity space Homeless man yelling and cursing to himself (felt unsafe)
