The room was terrible. I was put in the Trellis Court room. This is old, the heater was louder than a 747 engine. Literally the worst night I’ve had at a hotel in 20 years.

We used to stay at the Apple Farm Hotel when our daughter was a collegiate at Cal Poly SLO. Loved it. This time, it was a little different with our daughter and her pre teen daughters. Our room was spacious and clean… a welcome haven after many hours of driving from San Diego. Breakfast the next morning was not quite as good as I remembered it 22 years ago, but it was adequate.

Apple Farm is quaint and cozy. Especially during the Holiday Season. We stay there whenever we come to SLO. The staff is super friendly. Love the cookie at checking and Tea and Coffee Bar all day in reception. The rooms are cozy and cute. It’s like you’re living in a 90’s Hallmark Movie. Great location walkable into downtown.

Best hotel value for the price. I like my nice hotels and nothing else in SLO compares for proximity to town, walkable, great breakfast and clean and cozy rooms. My last room had a deck with patio lights!

We love the Apple Farm!! Such a nice place. I do miss the shopping and gifts that they used to have but it’s still so charming!!

The property is lovely with loads of charm, unfortunately our fireplace didn't work, toilet was clogged and we found a used toothbrush (yuck) and dirty mop strings in the bathroom. Also the hours for the pool weren't great and the restaurant is no longer connected to the hotel i.e. no room service/ delivery.
