Enjoy Santurce, the “Brooklyn of San Juan”, and everything that it has to offer. Colorful murals, highly recommended eats, hip bars, beaches that are all within a 5-minute drive or walking distance, and most of all, the warm locals!

Our studio is equipped with the necessities and a balcony with fun hammocks and beautiful plants where you can hang out and rest after the beach or before exploring the beautiful Puerto Rico!

Our unit is:
- 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Ocean Park Beach
- Surrounded by hip dive bars, yummy bakeries, quick bites, bodegas, and more.
- 5 minute drive to Isla Verde Beach and the strip.
- 5 minute drive to Condado Beach and the strip.
- 15 minutes away to Old San Juan.
- 10 minutes away from Luis Muñoz Int’l Airport.

Ubers in our area are quick and usually run between $4-$12 per ride!
