Other things to note
**Important Information:**

**Lost Keys:** A replacement fee of $100 will apply for lost keys. Please ensure you store the keys in the lockbox when leaving. We appreciate your cooperation!

**Towel Care:** Please keep makeup and stains off the white towels. A $15 charge will apply for each stained towel. Your help in keeping them clean is much appreciated!

**Energy Conservation:** To help keep our costs low, please keep the doors closed when using the A/C. Also, kindly turn off the lights, A/C, and close the windows before leaving. It helps us maintain a sustainable and comfortable environment for everyone!

**No Smoking:** Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. If we find evidence of smoking (including odor), a $300 smoke remediation fee will apply. This includes lit or electronic cigars, cigarettes, pipes, vaporizers, joints, or any tobacco or marijuana products. Thanks for understanding!

**Late Check-Out Fees:** Unscheduled late check-outs impact future guests and housekeeping. If you stay beyond the scheduled time, you will be charged for one extra night at the current rate. We really appreciate your understanding!
