We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the room was gorgeous! The lobby of the hotel is under construction but other than that the check in and check out process was very smooth. The AC was very cold and we received fresh towels and sheets daily.

Hotel was in a great location and the room was very comfortable. The bag was very comfortable and there were a lot of pillows. I had a great sleep! The housekeeping was done each day on my room and it was nice to come back to a fresh room.

Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!
