Clean and modern building in the heart of old San Juan. Sound carries in the hallways though so if there’s noisy guests or young children it can be quite bothersome.

i was told that even though i couldn't check in until 4 in the morning the desk person told me to come anyway and they would give me a code to get into my room, so i got there and never received a code and had to wait outside on the side walk , no body would answer the phone and i didn't see anyone until 6 am , and she wouldn't let me check in either, she told me i would have to wait until 4pm , i could not wait 10 hrs for a room so i left and stayed somewhere else

Great room, friendly staff but the rest of the hotel was not ready for business. You list a bar and restaurant-NONE, the hotel is not completely finished. Nothing but a front desk in the lobby-no chairs, nothing. Rooms were very nicely finished, need tissues.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was immaculate, light and airy. Love the location in Old Town. Everything we wanted was nearby. Since they only recently reopened, the bar is not in place yet, but there were plenty nearby. We'll come back.

I love this place so much！It's a new hotel just open 6 months ago so everything looks very new. The room is big and has a small living room with a sofa, a coffee table, and some cabinets for storage. House keeping every day and people work here are very nice!

Our stay was awful, the room was not ready at. 4 pm we had to wait for another 40 minutes to get the room, then we got a room with no windows, I suffer from claustrophobia and I was told another room would cost me extra, so I decided to just stay there. Then there was a power outage and you can imagine how terrifying it was to be in total darkness for about 10 minutes, this was a nightmare for me, would not recommend.
