The property is a multifamily home that was made in the 1930s. You will be renting the ENTIRE HOME(Units 1 and 2) ; comes with a Private entrance to each unit. The entire home is private with no shared spaces. This space is great for groups, families, friends, remote workers, expats and anyone who are looking for the perfect get away in Puerto Rico.

- 6 bedrooms, 2 king size beds, 3 queen beds, and 2 twin size beds(each unit is a 3 bedroom home with one bathroom; 1st unit has three beds and 2nd unit has 4).
- 2 full kitchens that are equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and most basic things you will need to have in an kitchen.

We had part of our party arrive early. The host was very accommodating and understanding. The house is well maintained and clean. There are board games for everyone and beach toys there for kids. There are a number of stores and restaurants in the area within walking distance. It easily worked for our 15 group.
