First off the place is dirty. Convenient location for the beach. That’s it!!!! Shared my concerns and got no communication. They charge a cleaning fee for a place that’s not even clean. Not worth the amount they charge. More like. 300$ stay.

The building is an unpolished gem with lots of character and a great pool. The location is excellent, in a quieter part of Isla Verde.

Great location

Outside of property could use some work but inside was just like pictures. Communication was great. Had cold water waiting on us. Location is great walking distance to beach restaurants market and casino. We did not witness any crime and felt completely safe even at night.pool was clean and warm pool guy came at least twice a week. Price was unbelievably low we stayed 17 days. Highly recommend for budget conscious travelers

It wasn’t bad, but the bathroom shower was clogged almost the entire 4 day stay and the water went out for a day. But it was somewhere close to everything and the beach is walking distance like 5 min. But i like my comfort on vacation and the shower/bathroom did it for me.
